Our small Dog Rescue Organization was formed to assist and save
the homeless, abused and neglected pets in our community.
The animals that are on "Death Row" and scheduled to be euthanized. We are helping the dogs that are out of time and have NO options!
The mission and purpose of our small rescue group is to focus on the adoption and/or foster home-care of the numerous dogs & cats that come into Savannah Animal Control everyday. To give them the second chance in life that they so deserve! We are hoping many
of these dogs will be constant companions to some lucky families.
Dogs seem to have an innate ability to move beyond the hurt,
forgive humans their evil, and share love once again.
We at Pound Pups Rescue would also like to help educate and
teach proper care and responsibilities of pet ownership, and increase awareness of the devastating numbers of pet over-population, neglect, abuse and abandonment.
